Single applicant, straightforward income and assets, no trusts, and no recent asset transfers to review.
$300 flat feeCommunity Spouse Case
Married couples where one spouse needs coverage and the other remains at home, including spousal allowance calculations and trust or transfer review.
$500 flat feeRenewal / Redetermination
Support for an existing ALTCS recipient whose annual renewal is due or who received a request for updated documentation.
$150 flat feeSelf-Filing Guidance
For clients completing their own application who want guidance along the way and help reviewing agency notices.
$30 / hourIncluded With Every ALTCS Case
These are automatic parts of the process, at no additional charge.
Medicare Savings Program Screening
Automatic screening for MSP eligibility during your ALTCS application, with results shared at no cost.
VA Benefits Referral
If eligible, connected to a Veteran Service Officer who prepares and files VA claims at no cost, by law.
Add-On Services
Available only alongside an active ALTCS engagement.
SNAP (Nutrition Assistance)
Added to an ALTCS engagement, using documentation already gathered.
Other Required Benefit Applications
For benefits beyond SSA, SSDI, SSI, or VA, such as a private pension or Railroad Retirement.

What's Not Included
So there are no surprises about the scope of our work:
- Legal advice or legal representation of any kind
- Representation in appeals or hearings
- Setting up, altering, or amending any trust
- Medical evaluations or the ALTCS level-of-care determination (PAS)
- Guarantees of approval; eligibility decisions are made solely by the agency
